Mr. Shupe practices in the areas of Business Law, Real Estate Law, Commercial and Residential Leasing, Employment Law, Franchise Law, and Tax Law as it relates to any of the listed areas. Mr. Shupe handles matters involving:
- Ownership and operation of small businesses including formation of business entities (corporations, limited liability companies, professional corporations, etc.); negotiation of loans; shareholder rights and agreements; acquisitions and mergers; vendor/supplier/distributor agreements; agreements with customers
