Mr. Holloway clerked with the firm during law school and returned to work for us following graduation.  Mr. Holloway’s practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactional matters.  His areas of representation include:

• Commercial loan documentation for local lending institutions
• Representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions
• Representing buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Forming and providing ongoing services to regional businesses including shareholder agreements and other ownership issues
• Representing regional franchisees of national franchises
